Built to the same standards
The published standards on the custom homes page are not a residential marketing exercise. The same thinking about envelope, service size and fastening carries onto commercial work, where the building is expected to run for decades on somebody else's maintenance budget.
Electrical sized above today's load, a foundation designed from real soil tests, and a roof rated for real wind are all cheaper the first time.
Financing
Commercial financing is a conversation rather than a product we sell, and it is best had early, before drawings harden and a schedule gets promised to a tenant. Call the office and we will talk through what the lender will want to see.
