Residential and commercial
The same team handles residential and commercial remodels. A retail fit out and a primary bathroom are different jobs with the same underlying problem, which is working inside a building somebody is still using.
Arnold has built and remodeled in multiple cities across the region, so the permitting office is rarely a new introduction.

Built to the same standards
Where a remodel touches structure, envelope or service, it gets the same standards as a new Arnold house: engineered headers over openings, screws rather than nails alone in sheetrock, and electrical sized for what the room will actually be asked to run.
It is the cheapest moment in the life of a house to fix any of those, because the wall is already open.
Where the finishes come from
The Bastrop showroom carries a full tile, stone and cabinet sample library, so selections happen against real material under real light rather than from a screen.
